A RAZCODE is a Digital Health Token, encoded as a Microsoft Tag, that allows health care consumers to easily and securely upload health information to their choice of online health management services whenever a participating health care provider provides them with a RAZCODE Image and/or RAZCODE ID.

Typically RAZCODEs are included on receipts, labels, account summaries, explanation of benefit statements, patient email, and other health related documents, or they can be displayed to patients at the point of care using kiosks or point of sale terminals.
We are working to promote HealthJibe Connect with vendors of medical practice management systems and electronic medical record solutions, as well as progressive insurance companies and innovative medical device manufacturers. As this effort continues, we expect that RAZCODE tokens will begin showing up on many of the health documents patients receive from health care providers.
