This demonstration works with the Google Health sandbox site only. It requires that you have a PHR account on the Google Health sandbox site and that it is linked to your RAZCode account.
The image below is an example of a RAZCode image. Simply download the software for your mobile phone model and give it a try (provided that you have created an account at www.razcode.com and at the Google Health test site). Just point your camera at the bar code image below and a sample record will be loaded to your account on Google Health (note this software will use the data plan of your mobile service provider so charges may apply). Visit the Google Health sandbox environment using your username and password and you will see a notice has been added to the account after you scanped the bar code image with your smart phone.
