Your personal health information is uploaded to our servers, over 2048-bit encrypted connections, from participating Health IT software including Electronic Medical Record systems, Practice Management Systems, Payer Systems, etc. This information does not have to include any personally identifying information that would identify the health information as belonging to you. We temporarily store this information, in an encrypted format, in order to process upload requests to your Personal Health Record (PHR) account(s) that you have explicitly authorized via our service and/or the PHR provider. Once the upload is complete we delete all health information and we do not ever share this information with any third-party. In addition, we do not store any information that would identify which PHR account a health encounter record (HER) uploaded to our services is sent to. Finally, we do not have access to or retain your username or password of your PHR account(s). That information is maintained by the PHR provider on their servers and systems in accordance with their privacy policies.

How do we protect your information?

We offer the use of a secure server. All information sent to or from the Gateway is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All supplied credit card information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.
