The RAZCODE Connected Health Gateway™ allows you to upload your health information to your Google Health™ account using your mobile phone camera or any mobile or desktop browser, or through a connected medical device. To start the linking process with Google Health you will need an account with the RAZCODE service. The process is simple:
- Register for a RAZCODE account.
- Activate the account by clicking on the activate link in the email that will be forwarded to you after you register.
- Link your account and/or medical devices to your Google Health account.
- Transfer your health data anytime your provider or payer provides you with a RAZCODE, or by using your medical device.
