The RAZCODE Connected Health Gateway™ and the RAZCODE Digital Health Token™ expand the range of online health management services and medical devices that can connect to your Dosia PCHR account.
To start the linking process with Dossia you will need an account with the RAZCODE™ service. The process is simple:
- Register for a RAZCODE account.
- Activate the account by clicking on the activate link in the email that will be forwarded to you after you register.
- Link your account and/or medical devices to your Dossia account.
- Transfer your health data anytime your provider or payer provides you with a RAZCODE, or by using your medical device.
