This allows a consumer to provide a health care provider with a RAZCODE, that the provider can use to preview health information (at the RAZCODE Health Care Enterprise website or on a supported mobile phone), and to manually upload the health information into an elecyronic medical record that is capable of importing Continuity of Care records from a file (if the provider's EMR software is not yet integrated to the RAZCODE Gateway).
